All purchases through Roses & Saltwater — including memberships and add-on guides — are non-refundable.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. Monthly members who cancel will not be charged the following month. Annual members who cancel will retain access through the end of the year they paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing cycle.
Add-on guides (Wardrobe, Home Decor, Training, AGENCY™) are one-time digital purchases delivered upon payment. These are non-refundable.
Sea Glass packs, and anything spent with Sea Glass, are non-refundable. Spending Sea Glass — on an Inner Tides spread, on a Sighting draw, or to redeem a guide — is final. Inner Tides passages and Sighting draws are written once and never regenerated, so what you receive is what stays.
Go to Me → Account Settings → Cancel Membership. Your cancellation is processed immediately and your access continues until the period end date.
