You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, including your birth date, for the Service to function.
Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide, or use it to violate any law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of readings or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roses & Saltwater shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
